Our Simple Data Promise
At KidsGen Lab, we respect your family's privacy. We collect only parent details necessary to deliver physical educational kits to your doorstep across India. We never sell or monetize your data, and all payments are secured via Razorpay PCI-DSS encryption.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the essential details required to ship your ordered kit:
- Parent/Guardian Contact: Name, email, and mobile phone number for order receipts and delivery dispatch alerts.
- Physical Shipping Address: Street address, landmark, pincode, and city for courier parcel dispatch.
- Payment Reference ID: Generated by Razorpay upon successful checkout (we never store card credentials or UPI PINs).
2. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery (3 to 7 Days)
Physical kit packages (books, activity sheets, reward stickers, Siya coins) are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Pan-India doorstep delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Real-time WhatsApp tracking is provided to the registered parent mobile number.
3. Payment Security (Razorpay)
Checkout transactions are processed via Razorpay with 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption and full RBI compliance. Supported payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit cards.
4. Damaged Items & Replacement Policy
If your book or learning materials arrive damaged or defective during transit, send a photo to our WhatsApp support (+91 98765 43210) within 7 days of package delivery for a free immediate replacement parcel.
